Position Summary

The NYC Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as Reveald’s onsite representative for the Endpoint Defense Management (EDM) program supporting NYC customers. This role ensures program continuity, alignment, and communication between Reveald’s Fusion Center, NYC customer leadership, and stakeholders driving compliance, operational maturity, and measurable risk reduction across the client endpoint ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

·       Serve as the onsite liaison between NYC Customers, managing relationships within customer departments, and Reveald engineering teams.

·       Ensure CrowdStrike, Trellix, and Rapid7 environments are fully operational, compliant, and aligned with policies.

·       Oversee endpoint assurance, rogue reduction, and RFM remediation reporting activities.

·       Coordinate with Customer Success Managers and Fusion Center engineers on escalations, RCA, and prevention steps.

·       Conduct weekly and monthly status briefings and assurance reviews with agency stakeholders.

·       Deliver operational reports including Rogue System, RFM/Reboot, Sensor Deployment, and MTTR metrics.

·       Track remediation timelines and policy adherence using Salesforce and ServiceNow.

·       Identify recurring configuration or compliance issues and propose process/automation improvements.

·       Support agency adoption of Golden Image validation, policy standardization, and endpoint baselines.

·       Collaborate with Product and Fusion Center teams to align field operations with Reveald’s roadmap.

Governance and Performance Metrics

The NYC TAM ensures alignment with Reveald’s Endpoint Defense Management KPIs, including rogue reduction, RFM reduction, endpoint compliance, and Mean Time to Remediate (MTTR). The role is accountable for maintaining reporting integrity and supporting customers teams performance improvements that contribute to posture uplift.

Qualifications

·       Required:

·       5+ years in endpoint management or technical account management roles.

·       Experience supporting CrowdStrike Falcon, Trellix ePO/ENS, and Rapid7 InsightVM environments.

·       Strong understanding of endpoint assurance metrics, rogue reduction, and compliance frameworks (NIST/CIS).

·       Experience in public sector or large distributed environments (500K+ endpoints preferred).

·       Proficiency with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Microsoft Intune/SCCM.

·       ITIL Foundation v4 certification or equivalent.

·       Preferred:

·       Experience working with NYC based customers, state/municipal IT organizations.

·       Ability to interpret and present operational KPIs and security posture dashboards to technical and executive audiences.

·       Excellent diplomatic and communication skills to manage multi-agency coordination.

·       Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Work Location and Logistics

• Work Mode: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite)
• Travel: Limited, primarily within NYC
• Security: Must be eligible for public sector background check as required.
