Oracle HCM Developer

100 % REMOTE

Duration : 1 year plus extensions

 

  • Develop Oracle PL/SQL scripts, packages, and stored procedures for Legal Hold and RIM application logic
  • Design and implement audit tables, data structures, reports, and backend processing logic
  • Build VB-based front-end screens for maintaining and querying Legal Hold data in ADW
  • Support application development deliverables including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and UAT defect resolution
  • Log PBIs, test cases, and defects in Azure DevOps (ADO) and maintain traceability
  • Support migration packaging, deployment activities, production validation, and Hypercare
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data retention standards throughout development

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions, triggers, performance tuning)
  • Experience working with Data Warehouse / ADW environments
  • Experience developing or supporting applications tied to archived HR or PeopleSoft data
  • Proficiency in VB/.NET or similar UI development for simple front-end screens
  • Experience building audit tables, compliance reports, and backend application logic
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for PBIs, test case management, and defect tracking
  • Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production deployments
