Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Release Planning & Coordination-Conduct weekly meetings with APOs to:
  • Identify items scheduled for release.
  • Document release dates and times
  • Validate that approvals have been received.
  • Communicate release activities to stakeholders.
  • Release Execution-Identify and track all release items scheduled between Thursday and Saturday.
  • Set up Zoom breakout rooms for each release item and team.
  • Direct participants to the appropriate breakout rooms during the release call.
  • Own and manage all activities during the release call.
  • Post-Release Activities-Complete and distribute post-release communications for all releases conducted.
  • Collaborate with APOs to ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
  • Data Accuracy & Quality Assurance-Ensure all release Jira data complies with procedures.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and maintain documentation.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-Release Planning & Coordination; Release Execution; QA Reviews; Post-Release Support; JIRA.
  • Proven experience in release coordination or a similar role in a technology or software development environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with release management tools and procedures.
  • Proficiency with Zoom (including breakout room management) and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (Thursday Saturday release windows).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Clarity, Jira, or other project tracking systems.
  • Background/Experience in SAFe Agile
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience is a plus.
