Type: Contract 6months (Possible extension)

We're looking for an experienced AV & Video Conferencing Engineer to manage and support video conferencing systems and hybrid meeting setups. This role involves working with platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex, ensuring smooth operations for meetings and virtual events.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and maintain video conferencing systems.
- Support hybrid meetings, webinars, and virtual events across time zones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve AV infrastructure.
- Manage vendors for AV hardware and software.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Train users on AV tools and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and gather feedback for improvements.
- Stay updated with AV trends and suggest upgrades.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AV systems (e.g., Poly, Crestron, Logitech).
- Strong troubleshooting and configuration skills.
- Ability to document implementations and train junior staff.
- Experience managing large-scale AV environments.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Polycom and Logitech devices.
- Exposure to AV-related reporting and analytics.
