Job Title: Incident Management & Dealer Support
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 12+ months
Domain: Telecom
Must go to several client stores all 5 days in a week to work
Requirements:
- Candidates with minimum 5-10 years of experience in production support / ITSM projects supporting Incident Management / Problem management
- Skills : Incident Management with SQL/ PLSQL / Kibana/
- Technical skills : SQL/PL SQL/Oracle
- Tools: ServiceNow, JIRA, Kibana / Grafana
- Basic Knowledge on API
- Customer handling Good Communication Skills - Oral & Written
- MS Office MS Excel Power Point
- Preferably people with development background to be able to understand the incident tickets who can understand the API calls and Kibana logs.
- Dealer Support ; Live Triaging and resolution at Stores, identify improvement, coordinate with IM team and get the fixes.
