We are seeking an experienced Adobe Delivery Lead to join our team and work fully onsite with our enterprise client in Downtown NYC. This role requires a strong blend of technical program management, stakeholder leadership, and hands-on delivery oversight across Adobe Experience Cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience driving complex Adobe-based initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution across multi-solution programs.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for all Adobe-related program activities.
  • Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Lead discussions, workshops, and executive updates with clarity and confidence.

Program & Delivery Management

  • Drive end-to-end delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, AEM Assets, Workfront, Marketo).
  • Establish governance frameworks including RAID logs, KPIs, roadmaps, dependency tracking, and milestone plans.
  • Coordinate with nearshore delivery and engineering teams to ensure consistent progress and execution.

Technical & Solution Alignment

  • Translate business requirements into scalable Adobe solutions.
  • Support decisions related to identity models, data ingestion, segmentation, activation, and analytics workflows.
  • Oversee integration efforts, environment strategy, QA cycles, and deployment readiness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Adobe architects, developers, analysts, and enterprise engineering teams.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across all workstreams.
  • Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies to successful resolution.

Required Skills & Expertise

Adobe Platform Knowledge
Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Real-Time CDP
  • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • AEM Assets
  • Workfront
  • Marketo

Technical Acumen

  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, identity resolution, technical governance, and multi-solution integration.
  • Ability to engage confidently with architects and developers on APIs, CI/CD, data structures, and environment strategies.

Program Management Experience

  • Proven track record leading large-scale, enterprise Adobe programs.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and nearshore/offshore delivery teams.
  • Strong governance, communication, and risk management capabilities.
