• Deploy, support, and maintain applications, ensuring optimization and proper functioning to uphold data integrity and reliability.
• Collaborate with IT team members to troubleshoot computer issues and provide technical support, enhancing service quality, user knowledge, and self-sufficiency, while delivering exceptional customer care.
• Utilize appropriate tools to provide end-user support and resolve issues promptly, contributing to a seamless user experience.
• Effectively prioritize work and projects, executing tasks efficiently in high-pressure environments to meet deadlines and maintain operational effectiveness.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• Proficient in managing Microsoft SQL Server databases and adept in SQL language for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Skilled in application performance monitoring and management to ensure optimal system functionality and user experience.
• Experienced in providing support for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015 or later versions.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure computing and storage environments, with the ability to deploy and manage resources effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting strong initiative and adaptability.
• Capable of assuming the role of IT project leader for small to medium-sized initiatives, including technical upgrades, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.
