Description

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Mesa, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and maintaining IT systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Active Directory, ensuring proper configuration and functionality.
Manage Windows Server environments to optimize system performance and reliability.
Provide support for Windows 10, addressing user issues and implementing updates as needed.
Oversee and maintain Dell Technologies systems, ensuring hardware and software are running efficiently.
Configure, manage, and support Citrix environments to ensure secure and efficient remote access.
Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Monitor system performance and apply upgrades or patches to maintain security and functionality.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational goals.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to current systems.

Requirements

Proven experience with Active Directory administration and configuration.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments.
Expertise in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10.
Familiarity with Dell Technologies systems, including hardware and software management.
Hands-on experience with Citrix technologies and remote access solutions.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
A commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
