Title: Sailpoint IIQ Application System Analyst
Location: Baltimore, MD 21231
Duration: 6 Months Contract + Extension

- W2 Contract, 6 Months (Likely Extension / Permanent Conversion)
- This is a full-time position. Candidates must be willing to work on a hybrid basis remotely on Mondays and Fridays and onsite in downtown Baltimore on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Overview & Responsibilities:
- Join a leading utilities company as an Application System Analyst supporting their enterprise-wide Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) system, SailPoint IIQ. In this high-visibility role, you'll be crucial in managing the daily operations, supporting diverse business partners, and ensuring strict adherence to SOX compliance. This isn't just maintenance; you'll help build out the system's capabilities while navigating the dynamic challenges of a large-scale, critical security application. You will
- Manage incidents, changes, and releases for the SailPoint IIQ system.
- Provide daily operational support and maintenance, ensuring system stability and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate directly with business partners to understand requirements, answer questions, and assist with application onboarding.
- Work with the managed service provider (MSP) and internal support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Manage and route support tickets using ServiceNow.
- Implement access provisioning, including through flat file processes for disconnected systems.
- Support SOX compliance activities, including documentation, controls enhancement, and audit support.
- Develop small SQL or JavaScript scripts as needed to support operations.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency support.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven, hands-on experience managing and supporting SailPoint IIQ.
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.
- Demonstrable experience working within or supporting SOX compliance environments.
- Experience working directly with business users to gather requirements and provide support.
- Strong problem-solving, analysis, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree with 4-7 years of IT experience, or 6-9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using ServiceNow for IT service management.
- Proficiency with SQL and/or JavaScript for scripting tasks.
- Experience handling flat file imports/exports for data or access management.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts (Change, Release, Incident Management).
- Experience with large enterprise-wide systems and system architecture.
- Experience in the utilities industry.
