Join our Team as a Human Resources Compensation & Systems Analyst!
The Role:
The HR Analyst is responsible for supporting the human resources department in HR Analytics. This position will provide support in all human resource functions to maintain a fair, equitable, and positive work environment for all employees in support of the mission of the organization.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage Culture Amp on behalf of the HR team.
- Maintain HR information in our HRIS (ADP).
- Maintain HR data tools, reporting, and dashboards.
- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors' practices, and other sources.
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to HR leadership.
- Produce and deliver standard (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports.
- Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
- Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture and maintain legal compliance.
- Maintain HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data. Audit HR data and troubleshoot irregularities. Support data governance processes. Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Responsible for supporting internal and external audits.
- Proactively identifies and defines complex analytical problems that impact the management and direction of the business.
- Develops and maintains standard scorecards or dashboards; prepares ad hoc analyses or reports on demand.
- Evaluates the organization's jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions.
- Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes results of, compensation surveys.
- Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs.
- Participates in annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance and development of incentive or salary increase budgets.
- Participates in administration of annual performance management, incentive, or salary increase programs.
- May support and assist with benefits administration.
- Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality and professionalism working with sensitive data.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, economics, statistics or analytics
- Minimum of 3-5 years compensation and/or analyst experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be a team-player who enjoys working in a collaborative work environment
