Project Overview

The Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to modernize legacy IT applications critical to its operations. These applications support compliance, security, registration, and responsible gaming databases. The goal is to rewrite these systems using modern, secure, and scalable technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop full-stack applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, testers, and business analysts.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Ensure software quality and adherence to architectural standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
3+ years of strong development experience with .NET Core, C#, and Web APIs.
3+ years of experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework.

Interview Process

In-Person Only Candidates must be available for in-person interviews in Lansing, MI.
Local candidates must reside in Michigan at the time of submission.
