Job Description:

Pay Range: $51hr - $56hr
  • Provide L3-level support for Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to mail flow, mailbox access, transport rules, and Exchange Online Protection (EOP).
  • Manage and support hybrid Exchange configurations (Exchange Online + On-Prem).
  • Perform root cause analysis and deliver permanent solutions to recurring problems.
  • Support migration projects such as Exchange On-Prem to Exchange Online.
  • Monitor service health and manage usage reports through Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and assist during critical incidents.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and contribute to internal knowledge base articles.
  • Requirement/Must Have:
  • Deep understanding of Exchange Online architecture and services.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for Exchange Online administration.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity federation technologies (ADFS, SSO).
  • Experience with email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and anti-spam/phishing policies.
  • Proficient troubleshooting skills in areas like Outlook connectivity, OWA, MFA, and mobile device access.
  • Hands-on experience with Exchange Online Protection (EOP).
  • Prior experience with Proofpoint email security platform is required.

Should Have:

  • Experience supporting hybrid Exchange environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center.
  • Experience handling escalations from L1 and L2 teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with Microsoft support for critical issue resolution.
  • Experience in managing Exchange-related migrations.

Skills:

Qualification and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate are a plus.
  • SharePoint and OneDrive experience will be an added advantage.
