Job Details

Requirements:

  • 7 years or more of functional management experience in ERP projects, specifically within QAD environments.
  • Proficiency in order-to-cash processes and leveraging ERP systems for operational efficiency.
  • Experience in leading teams through QAD-driven business transformations and upgrades.
  • Experience with ERP cloud migrations and supporting associated change initiatives.
  • Experience in managing functional resources and coordinating cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Experience with optimizing business workflows and aligning ERP capabilities to business goals.
  • Strong communication skills to lead, support, and align stakeholders across business functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day management of QAD ERP initiatives and functional team performance.
  • Must lead in supporting cloud migration strategy for ERP modernization efforts.
  • Align QAD functionality with core business operations like order-to-cash and supply chain.
  • Drive business process improvements through ERP capability utilization.
  • Coordinate with IT leadership to prioritize ERP projects during a transitional resource period.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and execution of QAD-related initiatives.
