Collaboration Project Manager:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Collaboration Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation of Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center migration projects. This role will primarily focus on overseeing the transition from competing UC and Contact Center solutions to new technologies within the healthcare vertical. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical project management and industry-specific knowledge to meet our client's high standards and complex demands. This is a remote position with periodic onsite visits required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center migration projects.
• Ensure the smooth transition from existing UC and Contact Center solutions to new technology platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks and resolve challenges efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Integrate generative AI tools into project management processes to enhance efficiency and decision-making capabilities.
• Travel periodically to client sites to support significant project milestones and maintain client engagement.
• Support the strategic growth of the account, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Address and overcome previous project management challenges as part of a continuous improvement strategy.

• Proven experience in managing UC and Contact Center migration projects.
• Strong technical background in Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions.
• Extensive experience in project management, with a preference for PMP certification or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and its specific needs and challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience with generative AI tools for project management, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
• Leadership skills with a track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving tangible results.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with project recovery methodologies and managing high-revenue customer relationships.

• This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.

Pay Range: $65.00 - $75.00 Per Hour
