Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Conversion Consultant (DCC) to join our Implementation Team. The DCC will be responsible for coordinating the transition of Defined Contribution Plans, including the documentation and conversion of data from prior recordkeepers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless and accurate migration of data and assets, while maintaining high standards of client service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the transition of Defined Contribution Plans by managing the conversion of data from prior recordkeepers. Develop a comprehensive Conversion Strategy in collaboration with clients to guide the data migration process. Oversee the delivery and review of data packages from prior recordkeepers, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Follow up with prior recordkeepers to resolve outstanding data issues and ensure timely receipt of all required information. Coordinate the transfer of assets, reconcile trust balances with participant account balances, and resolve any discrepancies. Document technical changes, identify system dependencies, and prepare technical specifications. Provide support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Manage defect tracking and ensure timely resolution of issues during testing and production rollouts. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in implementation and/or 401(k) operations. General understanding of the retirement services industry and implementation processes. Strong organizational and operational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proven problem-solving and client management capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Strong consulting, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in analytical thinking and issue resolution. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Defined Contribution Plan Services and recordkeeping systems. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment. Education: Bachelors Degree
