Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a 100% remote position working Eastern Time Zone hours with immediate availability. This role involves advanced system configuration, application development, ongoing support, and platform maintenance across multiple ServiceNow implementations. The position requires partnering with both external clients and internal teams to analyze complex requirements, recommend enterprise solutions, and execute digital transformation initiatives across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and GRC modules.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead application development encompassing system configuration, reporting solutions, and data migration activities across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and GRC modules
- Architect and implement custom development solutions with seamless third-party system integrations
- Execute comprehensive unit testing protocols and resolve complex defects
- Manage deployment of approved changes to production environments following established protocols
- Drive technical architecture design and create detailed documentation for enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to build scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
- 6+ years specialized ServiceNow development experience
- Demonstrated expertise with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and GRC modules
Security Clearance:
- Active DoD Secret clearance REQUIRED
Certifications (MANDATORY):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) OR Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
