This position involves the meticulous handling and processing of retirement plans, ensuring both timeliness and accuracy in a high-stakes environment. This role demands a proactive approach to managing a diverse portfolio of retirement plans, with a focus on meeting strict service level agreements, and enhancing client satisfaction. This position is based in office and requires the employee to work on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and manage an assigned book of retirement plans, adhering to specific operational guidelines and service level agreements.
- Analyze and reconcile participant and employer contributions, payments, income, forfeitures, and fees to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle new loan requests, account research, and troubleshooting, providing timely and precise resolutions to client inquiries.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions and interactions for assigned retirement plans.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in plan management.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and ensure cross-coverage, maintaining high standards of team support and client service.
- Participate in daily huddles and information sessions to stay updated on best practices and operational changes.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and requests for special reporting, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retirement plan administration or a similar financial services role.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new job responsibilities.
