Are you a CNC expert who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments? We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Programmer to join our team and play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. If you love problem-solving, programming precision equipment, and making an impact on shop-floor performance - this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Develop, edit, and maintain CNC programs to support daily operations.
  • Program and set up precision CNC equipment using G-code, CREO, and Mastercam.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and CAD data to ensure accuracy.
  • Support quoting for new products, including tooling and fixture needs.
  • Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and cut costs.
  • Partner with engineering teams to resolve technical questions.
  • Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement across operations.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of CNC machining/programming experience.
  • Proficiency with G-code and ability to make hand edits/manual code.
  • Experience with Fanuc (NC) and Mazak (EIA) controls preferred.
  • Mastercam and/or PLC programming experience a plus.
  • Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Associate degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience).
