Primary Location: Durham, North Carolina V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Sr. Solution Engineer for our premier client in Durham, North Carolina.
WHAT YOULL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications

• AWS Cloud Certified.

Education and Experience

• Strong prior experience as a Solution Engineer in designing and implementing modern technologies based software solution for business need on cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in creating composable software solutions on the AWS cloud using low-code (Power Apps, SalesForce etc.) and cloud-based technologies: 5 Years.
• Strong hands-on programming experience in Webhook and API development using technologies like Node.js, Ruby, Python, Deno: 3 Years.
• Experience with HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, open-source Java framework, Struts/Springs, Ajax (jQuery, Dojo), SOA, and Web Services: 7 Years.
• Experience in Cloud infrastructure to research, develop and implement technical designs for Servers, Storage and app services on AWS: 3 Years.
• Solid understanding of VPCs, Subnet configuration, route table, Internet gateway, VPC peering, Transit gateway, VPC Link.: 2 Years.
• Hands on experience in AWS storage services (like S3, FSx, EBS, EFS etc.): 2 Years.
• Understanding of Enterprise Integration patterns (event/message, request/response, batch) using software integration tools.: 2 Years.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment, where priorities and direction can change depending on business needs / opportunities: 5 Years.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all job levels, use excellent evaluation skills, and ability to relay information in legible reports as required: 6 Years.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong knowledge with AWS infrastructure, low code software platforms (like SalesForce, PowerApps) and integration platform (Like IBM ACE, MuleSoft).

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to construct and implement new business capability, development practices, performing system analysis on cloud platform; participate in migrating existing application to cloud, manage cloud implementation, evaluating cloud-based tools/technologies for application modernization effort.
• Responsible for working with the Architects and developers to provide software solution framework and design on cloud infrastructure for business/application need(s).
• This position requires understanding of requirement from customer perspective, designing a scalable and modular software solutions using low/no code platform on AWS cloud.
• The position requires substantial communication and interactions with business stakeholders, enterprise architecture team, and other engineers to establish guidelines and guardrails for system/infrastructure enhancements, and providing analysis of software, technology, design for various business needs.
