Description
The Project Manager will support ongoing data program operations within the organization, enabling progress on key documentation, platform coordination, and interdepartmental alignment efforts. This work is essential to ensure timely execution of project goals without impacting strategic leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day tracking and reporting efforts.
Oversee and execute the transfer of existing documentation into a new platform.
o Establish and maintain an organized program platform within Notion*, wiki, and univ docs.
o Assist in cleaning and improving the structure of internal directories and legacy content in Wiki and University Docs.
o Coordinate with internal managers to clean and standardize documentation directories within Notion*, wiki, and univ docs. *platform is dependent on audience and use case that supports the team's needs.
Assist with updating budget notes and updating program summaries provided by finance or internal stakeholders for software. (Example: we receive emails on which cost center is supporting certain POs, and we need to save those emails and update our spreadsheet).
Collaborate under Sr Program Manager on revisions to technical documentation (DAAs, deposition checklists, etc.).
Collaborate on auditing and organizing existing Data Access Agreement (DAA) files across shared drives and Platform systems.
Work with Sr. Program Manager to revise or update technical documentation including DAA templates, university documentation, data submitter checklists, and data deposition forms.
If applicable, provide support for potential bioinformatics workshops

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
