Job Details
Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect
Location: New York City, NY
Job Type: Contract (6 months)
Job Description:
- 12+ years of functional experience in the Design and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, primarily OLC and ORC modules.
- Develop end-to-end HCM processes, including learning management and recruitment workflows.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and integrated with other systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the HCM team.
- Lead the design and development of custom reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows (RICEF).
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion HCM technologies and suggest best practices to clients. Collaborate with project managers, functional/technical consultants, and other team members for timely project execution and deliverables
- Configure and customise OLC and ORC modules to align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OLC and ORC modules.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the HCM system.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business leaders, HR teams, and IT stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
- Present solutions, prototypes, and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
