| Job Description | The Business Subject Matter Expert brings proven experience from related businesses or organizations as well as system integration and technology experience. Consults with the client to define needs or problems, conducts research, performs studies and surveys to obtain data, and analyzes problems to advise and make recommendations on business and technical solutions based on hands-on experience solving similar business problems. Utilizes knowledge of theory, principles, or technology of specific discipline or field of specialization. Clients have been working diligently to transition to a new architecture and foundation for multiple prioritized projects, and a seasoned professional is critically needed to facilitate the planning process, adhere to client architecture standards, and reduce the risk with overall implementation schedule. They are expected to provide effective reporting to internal and external stakeholders. They are expected to keep all project documentation current in SharePoint used for state resource transition. MVC is committed to prioritizing top initiatives while meeting citizen's expectations for agency services, as well as, continuing to provide more on-line services. Experienced Bull Escala HVX System Senior Consultant to work with Bull Escala AIX system software in a dual operating system environment to provide Bull proprietary software application support with implementation, testing, and on-going administration.
