Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead supply chain system implementation projects for a fast-growing consulting firm. This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge platforms like Blue Yonder and Lagility, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Based in North Canton, Ohio, this role combines strategic oversight with hands-on project execution.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of supply chain system implementation projects, ensuring goals, timelines, and deliverables are met.
Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and efficiency throughout the project.
Oversee change management initiatives, fostering smooth transitions for stakeholders.
Analyze business requirements and prioritize tasks to ensure project scope remains focused and achievable.
Provide strategic direction while managing daily project activities and addressing challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve successful project outcomes.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and risks, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon plans.
Lead stakeholder communication efforts, delivering updates and addressing concerns proactively.
Optimize processes and system configurations for improved performance.
Ensure compliance with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as required.
Requirements
Extensive experience in project management, particularly in supply chain environments.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale system implementations, including platforms like Blue Yonder or Lagility.
Strong knowledge of change management strategies and stakeholder engagement.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems and process optimization.
PMP certification or similar project management credentials.
Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and hybrid approaches.
Preferred familiarity with Conaxis, Blue Yonder, or Lagility platforms.
