We are seeking a highly motivated Capital Markets Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience with complex transactions and high-profile clients in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sophisticated matters in private securities offerings, securitization, and/or general bank lending (including syndicated lending, asset-backed lending, and structured lending).
- Work on complex regulatory frameworks, assisting clients with cutting-edge issues in capital markets law.
- Contribute to high-value projects involving a range of industries, advising both financial institutions and corporate clients on significant transactions.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop strategies for resolving challenging legal issues.
- Play an integral role in client development and build lasting relationships with industry-leading professionals.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-6 years of solid legal experience, with a background in private securities offerings, securitization, or bank lending (including syndicated and asset-backed lending).
- Experience in CLO, ABS, or CMBSmatters is a plus but not required.
- Strong academic credentials, with a proven track record of excellence in a law firm environment.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for solving complex legal challenges.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
