Job Title: HRIS Analyst Consultant Payroll & Benefits Systems

Location: Remote - Richardson, TX (One Day A Week if Local)

Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst Consultant to support system improvement initiatives across payroll and benefits modules in PeopleSoft and ADP Enterprise v6. This role will be instrumental in documenting functional requirements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring system stability post go-live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Functional Documentation
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements
    • Translate requirements into clear, actionable functional documentation
    • Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    • Develop UAT test plans and scripts for payroll and benefits processes
    • Coordinate and execute UAT with end users
    • Track defects and ensure resolution prior to deployment
  • Post Go-Live Monitoring
    • Monitor system performance and data integrity after implementation
    • Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
    • Provide support and training to end users during stabilization
  • System Improvement Projects
    • Analyze current payroll and benefits workflows in PeopleSoft and ADP Enterprise v6
    • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and compliance
    • Partner with IT and HR teams to implement enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HRMS and ADP Enterprise v6
  • Strong understanding of payroll and benefits administration
  • Proven ability to create functional documentation and test plans
  • Experience conducting UAT and supporting post-implementation activities
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bachelor s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
