Technical Support Analyst Contract to Hire
Great opportunity for a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join a collaborative IT team and support multiple locations. This role blends deskside and remote support, offering variety and room to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 50% in-person and 50% remote support
Manage Level II & III incidents plus service requests
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Handle Level I tickets as needed and document resolutions
Partner with infrastructure, security, and applications teams
Follow IT security standards and update knowledge articles
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Balance multiple projects and provide occasional out-of-state support
Work flexible hours, including some on-call/weekend coverage
What We re Looking For:
3+ years of IT support experience
Strong skills with Windows, MS Office, Active Directory
Experience imaging/configuring PCs and validating encryption
Knowledge of email spam filtering tools
Solid deskside troubleshooting background
Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills
Valid driver s license, reliable vehicle, ability to transport IT equipment
Ability to use personal phone for work communication
Must pass background/drug screening (excludes marijuana)
Details:
6-month contract-to-hire role based in Albuquerque
