About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join our growing IT team in Texas. In this role, you'll be responsible for the configuration, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to automate processes, build workflows, and ensure platform stability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, etc.)

  • Develop custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio and scripting (JavaScript)

  • Manage incident, request, change, and problem management workflows

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user/group/role configurations

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other internal and third-party systems via APIs and web services

  • Ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

  • Support upgrades and patching of the platform

  • Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders

  • Document configurations, procedures, and changes in accordance with ITIL standards
