We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join our growing IT team in Texas. In this role, you'll be responsible for the configuration, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to automate processes, build workflows, and ensure platform stability and scalability.
Key Responsibilities-
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, etc.)

Develop custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio and scripting (JavaScript)

Manage incident, request, change, and problem management workflows

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user/group/role configurations

Integrate ServiceNow with other internal and third-party systems via APIs and web services

Ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

Support upgrades and patching of the platform

Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders

Document configurations, procedures, and changes in accordance with ITIL standards
