Worldwide Technology is looking for a Program Manager AI & Digital Twin Enablement. This job is part of WWT s Strategic Resourcing services. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT s preferred partners.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager Digital Twin & AI Initiatives

Location: Hybrid Onsite in Rosemead, CA 2 Days a Week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the Digital Twin lane within our AI initiatives group, driving integration of digital twin capabilities into new AI applications. This person will also play a key role in monitoring and supporting progress across all AI initiative lanes, ensuring alignment and execution across the program.

You will work closely with a cross-functional leadership team, including the leaders of eight AI initiative lanes (each with their own Sr. PM), delivery managers, and program leadership. The ideal candidate will be a strong project leader with the ambition and capability to grow into a Program Manager role, with proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Twin Lane OwnershipServe as the primary owner of the Digital Twin lane within the AI initiatives program.
  • Lead integration of digital twin technology into new AI-driven applications for grid modernization, asset digitization, and operational optimization.
  • Coordinate with technical teams on SCADA, GIS, DERMS, cloud platforms, telemetry, and predictive analytics dependencies.
  • Ensure digital twin deliverables are aligned with regulatory, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Program-Wide AI Initiative SupportTrack progress, dependencies, and risks across all eight AI initiative lanes.
  • Support delivery managers and Sr. PMs with consolidated reporting, executive updates, and milestone tracking.
  • Facilitate alignment between lanes to ensure overall program success.
  • Core PM ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
  • Develop detailed schedules, work breakdown structures, and Gantt charts.
  • Lead change management, risk/issue tracking, and governance compliance.
  • Coordinate vendor and stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and timely escalation.
  • Provide reporting and updates to program leadership and executives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of project management experience in IT, AI, or data-driven initiatives.
  • Proven track record in digital twin or AI/ML solution delivery.
  • Familiarity with utility operations and systems such as SCADA, GIS, AMI, DERMS.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Power BI.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., CPUC, NERC) is a plus.
  • Local to Los Angeles, CA with ability to work hybrid (2 days onsite).

Rate/Salary: A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $70.00 to $80.00 per hourly on C2C. Actual pay will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs, and will be set by your employer. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in base pay.
