Job Description

As a Principal Solution Engineer with a Life Sciences lens, you'll architect transformative Oracle Fusion solutions that empower biopharma, medtech, diagnostics, and healthcare organizations to build smarter, safer, and more resilient supply chains. You'll work at the intersection of digital technology and regulatory complexity, crafting intelligent systems that elevate manufacturing agility and compliance-from R&D through commercial operations.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years in solution engineering, presales, or technical consulting in supply chain/manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM suite- especially, Manufacturing, Quality, Inventory, Procurement, and Planning modules.
  • Deep familiarity with pharmaceutical or biotech supply chains, and regulatory operations.
  • Experience delivering solutions aligned with GxP and data integrity principles.
  • Stellar communication and stakeholder engagement skills-able to navigate cross-functional enterprise teams.

Preferred
  • Certifications: APICS CPIM, Oracle Cloud SCM Specialist, Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience with LIMS, MES, PLM, Track & Trace systems, or clinical supply logistics.
  • Proven thought leadership in Life Sciences digital transformation, smart manufacturing, or regulatory compliance.
  • Comfort collaborating across R&D, TechOps, Regulatory, and QA/QC teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and demonstrate Oracle Fusion-based solutions for clinical and commercial supply chain processes-including forecasting, inventory management, production scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Lead technical demo discovery and solution design workshops with pharma and life sciences clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to drive Oracle Cloud SCM strategy and lifecycle planning.
  • Address sector-specific challenges such as GxP validation compliance, serialization, cold chain logistics, and product traceability.
  • Build tailored demos using Oracle Fusion modules (SCM, Manufacturing, Quality Management, IoT).
  • Guide clients through digital transformation journeys with a deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (FDA, EMA, ISO, ICH).
  • Stay abreast of emerging Life Sciences technologies including lab automation, Electronic Batch Manufacturing Record (eBMR), digital twins, and smart factories.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $100,900 to $165,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 70/30.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
