Job Details
Okta Certification (Must).
Job Duties:
- Implementation of Okta integrations (SAML, OIDC, etc)
- Okta Administration and Configuration
- Troubleshooting and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for Okta IAM solutions with application owners and end users.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance on Okta best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Configure advanced policies for SSO, MFA, contextual access, and risk-based authentication.
- Monitor system health, resolve issues, and optimize Okta performance and reliability.
- Evaluate new IAM technologies to enhance the Okta ecosystem and improve security posture.
- Developing and maintaining documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
- Perform feasibility analyses and provide recommendations for future system enhancements.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers on Okta implementation, IAM best practices, and secure design principles.
Minimum Experience:
- Ten (10) years relevant experience of Okta Integrations: Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and privileged access management.
- Five (5) years of experience in developing Okta Workflows
- Five (5) years of experience in IGA and a minimum of Two (2) years of experience in Okta IGA
- Experience with other IAM solutions beyond Okta
- Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Deep understanding of identity federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, SCIM and OpenID Connect.
- Hands-on experience with Okta API integrations and System Administration
