Location: Mount Pleasant (75% Travel Required)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced L4 Data Center Technician to join a specialized team responsible for supporting large-scale GPU deployments within enterprise data center environments. This role demands deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of data center operations, and the ability to travel extensively to support multiple sites across the U.S.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced L4 Data Center Technician to join a specialized team responsible for supporting large-scale GPU deployments within enterprise data center environments. This role demands deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of data center operations, and the ability to travel extensively to support multiple sites across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical decommissioning of data center equipment, including the removal of network cables.
- Run, label, and stage power and networking cables as part of infrastructure setup.
- Execute DBD (Device-Based Decommissioning) tasks-scanning not required.
- Follow established procedures for installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, replacing, and decommissioning hardware with guidance from leads.
- Prepare, stage, and perform basic startup and shutdown procedures for hardware using checklists and documentation.
- Conduct physical audits of data center assets and maintain accurate records.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level data center environments.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Strong foundational knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components.
- Comfortable using standard productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documentation tools).
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time across U.S. data center locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting GPU infrastructure is a plus.

Additional Information:
- Candidates must be open to working at any Milwaukee-area data center as their home base.
