Description

We are looking for an experienced Sage Consultant to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in ERP integration and business application programming to drive operational improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Lead the integration of Sage 100 with other ERP systems to optimize business operations.
Analyze and document business requirements to support system enhancements and configurations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement change management strategies that ensure smooth transitions.
Develop and maintain Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) solutions to meet organizational needs.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for Epicor and Oracle NetSuite technologies.
Facilitate training sessions to enhance user adoption of new systems and processes.
Perform system audits to identify and address potential inefficiencies.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with both technical and non-technical teams.
Advocate for best practices in ERP system management and integration.

Requirements

Proven experience with Sage 100 and ERP system integration.
Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).
Familiarity with Epicor and Oracle NetSuite technologies.
Strong ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents.
Expertise in change management methodologies and strategies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication skills for working with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
