Subject matter expert in access control and digital video.
We are looking for someone to help migrate access control systems to product Lenel to support the expansion into the Healthcare Industry.
This candidate must have 5+ years' experience in programming video management systems (i.e. Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, etc.). Additionally,
It would be helpful if this person was able to design VLan networks. SQL Queries, Database Schema's and support Firewalls.
This role will be expected to assist with the configuration/setup/deploy of new devices to local Healthcare clients which will require travel.
Pre & Post Sales support will be required as needed to ensure the end client's systems/devices are working correctly.
This is a HYBRID Role
Essential Functions:
Ensures that regular and consistent communication takes place with both internal and external customers; acknowledges and addresses requests received via phone, email or company systems daily.
Manages own time and resources to achieve identified objectives; is diligent in meeting all communicated/defined deadlines. Monitors and updates tickets/tasks/activities assigned to them in company CRM.
Manages customer relationships and serves as a primary point of contact when there are escalated technical issues that need to be addressed. Supports both install technicians as well as service technicians in obtaining a timely resolution.
Completes accurate and profitable estimates as needed; drafts well written scopes of work that are presented to the customer and are able to be translated into a project plan when awarded.
Partners with Project Managers, Account Executives and/or Department Managers when needed for estimating direction. Supports and assists team in bid presentations to customers to support sales success.
Builds and develops relationships with key vendors, contractors, and consultants. Works closely with MFG support resources managing support cases to enable fast resolution that exceeds our customer's expectations.
Manages their assigned project/service tickets ensuring they are kept updated and relevant; providing detailed information on the status of their work/project for access by Division/Department members.
Responsible for investigating user problems, identifying the source, determines possible solutions, testing and implementing solutions
Leads and assists with the identification, development, and testing of new product/software solutions that can/may be used in the organization to improve IT solutions for our external customers. Keeps management informed on status and development of issues that may impact the company and/or enhance system performance of its users.
Documents any system configurations, system updates, as well as any new procedures/policies created by their work; documentation may/can be provided to external customers. Accurate and relevant documentation may be used by other IT Staff members or personnel to see changes/creations that have been made to the systems.
Keeps abreast of industry/MFG IT trends to be able to provide/present applicable solutions.

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
