Oracle Cloud/Fusion Project Manager
Location: REMOTE
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud/Fusion Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM (or relevant modules) implementation and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting client business objectives and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation projects.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
Act as primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Manage cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical teams, testing teams, and client SMEs.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Track project progress, prepare status reports, and conduct steering committee meetings.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
Facilitate issue resolution, change requests, and scope management.
Support knowledge transfer, user training, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Promote best practices and continuous improvement across projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
10+ years of overall experience in ERP project management, with at least 3-5 years specifically managing Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation projects.
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM modules and associated business processes.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models is a plus.
