Job Summary:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer / Lead with deep experience in either .NET or Java back-end technologies and a strong command of modern front-end development. This role requires a hands-on leader who can design and deliver full stack enterprise applications and seamlessly integrate AI capabilities to enhance functionality and user experience. The ideal candidate excels in architectural decision-making, team leadership, and building cloud-native, scalable solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of full stack enterprise applications using Java or .NET back-end technologies and modern JavaScript front-end frameworks.
  • Build scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
  • Implement AI-powered features using APIs such as OpenAI (ChatGPT), Azure Cognitive Services, or Google AI.
  • Drive the modernization of legacy applications by adopting microservices, containerization, and cloud-native best practices.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional development teams to deliver intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
  • Provide technical leadership, conduct peer reviews, and mentor junior developers.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where applicable.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of full stack development experience with a strong track record in either:

          -.NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) or

          - Java (Spring Boot)

  • Strong front-end development expertise with frameworks such as:

        -Angular, React, or Vue.js

  • Proven experience integrating AI capabilities using:

         -OpenAI APIs, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Cloud AI, or similar

         -AI use cases like intelligent chat, search, summarization, document processing, etc.

  • Proficient in RESTful API development, microservices architecture, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Cloud platform experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong database skills with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational/non-relational databases
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI-enhanced UX or AI-driven automation tools
  • Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time web technologies
  • Relevant cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
