Access Global Group is adding an experienced Salesforce Certified Developer to our Summit Salesforce Implementation Team.

THE ROLE
Access Global Group is a global Technology Services and Technology Consulting company based in the US, Canada, and India. AGG offers a comprehensive array of business, technology, and cloud services, as well as staff augmentation.
Our solutions vary from client to client, and experience with integrating Salesforce is necessary to meet project objectives while supporting clients' individually unique and expanding business objectives.

A Successful Candidate Will Have Demonstrated Strengths in These Areas:
- Design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud experience is a strong plus)
- Develop and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes (e.g., Future, Queueable), following best practices for scalability and performance
- Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWCs) using JavaScript and Apex to improve UI/UX and business functionality
- Configure Salesforce using custom objects, fields, validation rules, record types, workflows, and page layouts to meet evolving business requirements
- Leverage Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools to build complex, scalable business processes
- Create and execute unit and integration tests to ensure quality and performance
- Develop and manage custom reports and dashboards, including tabular, summary, joined, and matrix formats; schedule and maintain report access
- Manage Salesforce data using tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and Data Import Wizard for updates and migrations
- Handle Salesforce security and access controls through Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, OWD, and Manual Sharing
- Collaborate in Agile teams, actively participating in sprints, stand-ups, and task assignments
- Support code promotion and deployment using Change Sets, ANT, and CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Git, and Jenkins
- Translate business requirements and technical overviews into effective Apex, JavaScript, and LWC implementations
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver impactful, user-focused solutions
- Apply understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and optionally work with front-end technologies such as Bootstrap, AngularJS, jQuery, and JavaScript
- Other duties as designated by leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certifications: Salesforce Certifications: Admin and Platform Developer are required. Advanced Admin and additional certifications are a plus
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience developing and managing applications on the Force.com IDE
- Understanding of Visual Force, Lightning Component Framework, Flow Process Builder, Apex controllers, Triggers, APIs, Governor limits, Web Services, and Batch Jobs.
- Extensive Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on Apex (classes, triggers, test classes, scheduled batch jobs, and asynchronous processing such as Future and Queueable methods)
- Proficient in building complex Flows, leveraging automation and declarative tools to deliver scalable solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs), including JavaScript-based UI/UX enhancements and Apex handlers
- Advanced Salesforce configuration expertise, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, record types, page layouts, and territory management
- JavaScript Code
- Solid backlog experience with Apex and LWC-heavy projects
- Skilled in translating technical overviews into actionable Apex and JavaScript code
- Experience with deployment tools such as Gearset, and understanding of version control and CI/CD best practices
- Deliver Site/Portals/Communities on the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform and Salesforce CMS (formerly Salesforce Community Cloud)
- In-depth knowledge of core Salesforce Clouds Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud; Marketing Cloud experience is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
OTHER: Must have no other full-time commitments, ready to engage in exciting technical consulting projects with our diverse portfolio of clients.
