Job Details
Title: Sr Data Architect
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Develop database solutions to store and retrieve company information
- Review and analyze current state database procedures to redesign and optimize per company requirements
- Identify potential data processes that can be improved with automation.
- Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts
- Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting and integrating new elements
- Optimize new and current database systems
- Analyze structural requirements for new software and applications
- Migrate data from legacy systems to new solutions
- Define security and backup procedures
- Provide operational support for Management Information Systems (MIS)
Experience:
- 10+ years of proven work experience as a Senior Data Architect.
- Expert level experience in SQL and expertise with using Oracle RDBMS and PL/SQL scripting
- Strong Experience in Snowflake pipelines.
- Experience in AWS.
- Strong understanding of database design concepts, data migration and data integration.
- Experience with documenting high level and detail designs for database designs and procedures
- Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements
- Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques
- Proven analytical skills and Problem-solving attitude
- BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
