- Answering 75-100 existing patient's calls/day.
- Will be scheduling returning appointments over the phone
- Busiest days are Mondays
- Could do other projects on a by need basis, but will predominantly be answering inbound calls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Looking for customer service experience, preferably in an office setting.
- They are open to people who have worked in a retail setting but need to be professional
- Call center experience is preferred
- Healthcare experience is also preferred
