Job Description:
Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr
- The Java Developer will be responsible for hands-on development, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, deploy, and support scalable applications.
- This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to work onsite as needed, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions while following established development practices.
- 5 8 years of hands-on development experience in Java technologies.
- Must be onsite 4 days per week.
- Hands-on experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Oracle, Kafka, S3, Linux, Cloud Foundry, and cloud technologies (AWS).
- Experience in developing, deploying, and supporting distributed systems.
- Work as part of a cross-functional agile development team in all phases of development and production support.
- Collaborate with other development and engineering teams in building, deploying, and monitoring services.
- Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create design documents, and perform program coding, testing, and documentation of solutions.
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
- Perform improvement activities, code reviews, code optimization, and query tuning.
- Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved.
- Maintain thorough and well-written documentation at both the project level and the coding level.
