Short Job Description (JD):


Seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner with strong hands-on expertise in Acqueon Dialer and Twilio. Candidate must have solid healthcare domain experience and prior exposure to auto-dialer campaign management.

The PO will lead end-to-end initiatives, gather requirements, write user stories, manage backlogs, coordinate with developers, QA, and business teams, and ensure smooth sprint delivery. Must collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Call Center Ops, Compliance, and IT. Responsibilities include UAT coordination, testing oversight, incident support, and creating clear presentations for business partners.

Strong communication skills and the ability to use data for insights are essential.
