WMS Solutions Architect

Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant discipline.

Expertise in technical configuration of WMS product, Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing, PLSQL, SQL Server, and Performance Tuning.

Hands-on Experience on Technical configuration of WMS product (preferably BY/JDA/RedPrairie WMS), Jasper reports, Nice labels, Pagebuilder and MOCA.

Knowledge on interfaces between WMS and ERP/Host, TMS, WLM, T&T, Parcel, 3rd party system that integrates with WMS.

Knowledge on integration between WMS and Voice / Material Handling / ASRS systems

Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.

Excellent computer skills with in-depth knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, Integration, and Middleware technologies, and applications

Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners, and consultants

Strong proactive communicator and presenter, able to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization to maximize problem resolution while effectively presenting information and responding to highly specialized technical questions

Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively and proactively work independently

Teamwork mentality

Contributes to the growth of the technical consulting practice by developing and maintaining practice aids, databases, and best-practice collateral.

Skill set and availability requirements as per the organizations needs

Knowledge in performance tuning techniques is an added advantage.

Guides Support Services in responding to base technical issues.

Understanding and experience with the technical requirements for the product line assigned.

Works with appropriate parties to ensure issues are resolved.
