Akkodis is seeking an AI Monitoring & Observability Engineer for a contract with a client in Zumborta, MN. Youwill design and implement observability frameworks for AI/ML systems, focusing on performance monitoring and anomaly detection.
Rate Range: $49/hour to 64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour

AI Monitoring & Observability Engineer job responsibilities include:
- Design and implement observability frameworks tailored for AI/ML systems and pipelines.
- Monitor model performance, data drift, and inference latency, ensuring system reliability and accuracy.
- Develop dashboards and alerts using tools like Datadog, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry to visualize AI workload health.
- Apply machine learning techniques for anomaly detection and predictive monitoring.
- Integrate observability solutions into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with DevOps and SRE teams.
- Provide documentation and training on AI observability tools and best practices to internal teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in AI/ML systems, observability engineering, or related domains.
- Hands-on expertise with observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, ELK Stack, and OpenTelemetry.
- Proven experience in integrating observability into CI/CD pipelines and applying ML techniques for anomaly detection and predictive monitoring.
