Job Description:
- Company is seeking a dedicated and proactive Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the primary point of contact for our customer-facing application program implementation in collaboration with the Tucson Police Department (TPD).
- The TAM will work closely with Tucson-area school districts, local government, and community stakeholders to support the implementation and growth of school safety initiatives, video integration platforms, and community camera programs.
- This role requires a dynamic professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about using technology to enhance public safety.
Key Responsibilities:
School Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with Tucson-area school districts to promote the customer-facing application platform.
- Educate school administrators on the benefits of integrating their video systems with the TPD customer-facing application platform.
- Coordinate the connection of school camera networks through mutual aid or dedicated appliances.
- Support the inclusion of school floor plans and panic alert integrations where available.
- Prepare schools for emergency response scenarios by leveraging the customer-facing application platform's capabilities.
Community Engagement:
- Collaborate with the Company Connect Program Coordinator to grow community camera participation.
- Assist with deployment of the customer-facing application Registry to map public and private camera assets.
- Support the creation of community-facing assets, including a customer-facing application Connect microsite and branded engagement materials.
- Provide guidance on best practices for community collaboration and video sharing.
Technical Account Management:
- Serve as the agency's dedicated TAM, supporting onsite operations based on agency needs.
- Act as the liaison between school personnel, third-party vendors, and Company tech teams.
- Coordinate deployment and configuration of customer-facing application Core devices at school locations.
- Guide and support adoption strategies across school districts to accelerate engagement.
- Provide industry best practices to ensure scalable, sustainable program success.
- Maintain compliance with Company policies, including successful completion of CJIS background clearance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical account management, public safety technology, or education-sector tech solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with school systems, law enforcement, or public sector clients is highly preferred.
- Background in deploying or supporting video surveillance systems or real-time operations platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and provide onsite support as required
