We will utilize your hands-on experience in Custom simulation and/or power EM/IR analysis to define, develop and refine the methodologies and flows.

Description In this highly visible role, your primary responsibilities will include - Supporting transistor level simulation solutions that scale with accuracy and capacity challenges - Supporting and enhancing the custom transistor level simulation flows and/or EM/IR flows - Collaborating with various design groups (Physical-design and integration, Circuit-design / Power / Technology) to address their circuit verification requirements across different processes - Partnering with design, CAD and EDA teams to identify flow deficiencies and deliver state of art solutions

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience with custom design environment and transistor level circuit simulation
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Perl, C/C++
  • Minimum requirement of BS + 3 years of relevant industry experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands on experience developing transistor level simulation flows and automations for improved accuracy and higher performance
  • Knowledge in EM/IR analysis tools, including their working principles and methods.
  • Familiar with custom design environment and flows, including schematic/layout design, simulation, extraction, and physical verification.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to root-cause technical challenges and communicate solutions for methodology advancement
  • Ability to coordinate and drive initiatives together with senior team members
