Join a dynamic team as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tech Lead, where you'll drive innovative solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing capabilities. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tailored to business needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to administrative team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Architect scalable and efficient solutions leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Design data models and schemas to support marketing campaigns and reporting.
  • Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards.
  • Identify and resolve performance issues through system optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and recommend adoption.
  • Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and other scripting languages.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its integration with other systems.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced, consultant and/or Developer certifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proven track record in leading technical aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and Salesforce.com.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and functionalities.
