Client: Turnberry Solutions (Supporting IQVIA Project)
Location: Remote (Preference for West Coast/Pacific Time Zone hours)
Duration: 6 9 Months
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview:

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Conga CLM Configuration Specialist to support a 6 9 month remote contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Conga CLM configuration (not development) and will drive critical enhancements to an existing Conga CLM implementation. Immediate availability and strong independent task management skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute out-of-the-box configuration enhancements within Conga CLM (no custom development).

  • Simplify workflows, update UI and label references, and configure additional field linking and relationships.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve DocuSign integration issues, focusing on partially executed agreements.

  • Assist in preparing the CLM platform for integration with a Generative AI model for contract analysis and data extraction.

  • Collaborate with internal project teams, while independently managing tasks and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Conga CLM Certification (or any other relevant Conga certifications).

  • Extensive hands-on experience in Conga CLM configuration (specifically configuration, not development, architecture, or CPQ-only).

  • Previous experience supporting Conga CLM upgrades or enhancement projects.

  • Strong problem-solving skills in troubleshooting DocuSign integration issues within Conga CLM.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively drive deliverables with minimal supervision.

  • Proven success working across cross-functional remote teams including Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Client Stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills and flexibility to work occasional Pacific Time hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating AI/ML/Generative AI models within Conga platforms.

  • Exposure to projects transitioning from CPQ solutions to streamlined contracting workflows.
