Title: Technology Support Engineer

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation
Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000/Yrs

Description
Provide exceptional technology support to staff and clients following established protocols.
Record all IT interactions in a ticketing system for tracking and reporting.
Travel short distances to the corporate office as required.
Act as the primary contact for technology issues and requests from local employees.
Conduct basic troubleshooting for network, hardware, software, and audiovisual equipment.
Offer training on IT and AV tools for employees as needed.
Assist with technology setup and access for new employees.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver top-tier technology support services to employees and clients.
Log all IT engagements into a ticketing system.
Travel to the corporate office as needed.
Serve as the first line of support for local employees' technology issues.
Troubleshoot basic network, hardware, and software issues.
Provide training on IT and AV equipment.
Assist with technology setup for new employees.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in an end-user facing IT support role.
Must be able to drive to the corporate office as needed.
Experience with both MacOS and Windows OS.
Proven ability to handle rapid-response user support.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
