Principal SAP ABAP Lead

Contract: 6+ Months + HIRE

Location: 80 90 REMOTE and once or twice travel to OH, IN

Rate: $Rate + Expenses

Start Date: July, 2025

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance in the design and development of solutions for SAP platforms
• Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement software solutions that enhance the functionality and performance of these platforms
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure that solutions meet quality standards and best practices
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing support and maintenance for existing systems
• Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in platform solutions

Technical Responsibilities:

• SAP BASIS: Knowledge of SAP system administration, performance tuning and troubleshooting
• SAP HR: Experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules
• SAP Security: Expertise in SAP security concepts and user management
• SAP Functional : Proficiency in SAP MM/QM , PM modules
• SAP Financial: Experience with SAP FI/CO modules

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in SAP development and implementation
• 3+ years of experience utilizing ABAP source code
• Experience as a technical lead, leading large transformation programs, and aligning technical solutions with strategic business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in a similar industry or sector
