Oracle HCM Lead
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience leading Oracle HCM projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and a successful track record of implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, driving successful project outcomes.
- Strong client management skills with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant Oracle HCM certifications will be a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
