Job Details
Location: Augusta, ME- 100% Onsite, with routine travel within 10 miles of Augusta, ME and some travel outside of the Augusta area in which a Company vehicle would be utilized.

Years of Relevant Experience: 3-5 years in the desired environment
Preferred Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Role Description:
- Equipment set up (Laptops, docking stations, monitors, etc.).
- Maintain inventory log.
- Proactively assist end users with simple desktop support.
- Ensure that all work is documented for future reference.
- Follow quality standards.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills; both written and spoken.
- Provide accurate and complete answers to general use and environment questions in a timely manner.
- Provide desktop computer support.
- Attend and participate in bi-weekly team and problem review meetings.
- Manage the retirement and disposal of obsolete computer equipment.
